View your shopping basket to update quantities
Click “Checkout”
You will have two payment methods:
Online transfer: On selecting this option, you will get our bank details to transfer the payment and complete the order.
Pay by debit or credit card: On selecting this option, you will be directed to the online payment option where you can make a payment using your debit or credit card to complete the order process.
(Please note the delivery address must be identical to the billing address.)
Please Note we are required to take identification and proof of funds when orders exceed £5000.00. This is also applicable when multiple orders exceed this amount in a 12 month period.
To complete the order, click “Confirm Order”.
If you have selected “Online Transfer” as the preferred payment method, click “Confirm Order”. You have now committed to purchase the products. You will receive a confirmation email with invoice of your final order to transfer the payment.
If you have chosen to pay by debit or credit, you will be transferred to the payment gateway where you can enter your card details to complete the payment & order process

Once we receive your cleared funds, your products will then be prepared for dispatch immediately by special delivery.
On confirmation from our bank we will then post the goods out to you by special delivery
Receive your order.
With our very secure delivery process, you will receive your products safely and you will have to sign for them on receipt.

You can visit our bullion counter which is based in the heart of Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter and is renowned for its rich history in dealing of precious metals. Customers are welcome to visit us, we are open Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and on Saturday 10am to 4pm, excluding Bank Holidays and National Holidays. We would advise customers to ensure you check availability of stock prior to making your journey to us. We must receive all funds prior to collection of goods.
